Personal profile

Research areas

I am an environmental archaeologist / palynologist focusing on human and climate driven vegetation changes during the Lateglacial and Holocene periods by investigating the palynology and tephrostratigraphy of sediment sequences from lakes and bogs. Within the AAH project I am currently a postdoc researcher for the Rain or Shine work package. My primary task is to reconstruct past trends in the local vegetation and temperature spanning the last 1500-2000 years from different sites across the UNESCO areas.
