Curriculum

I hold a Master of Science in computer science and mathematics, and I have a PhD degree focused on digital preservation in a holistic and a computer science perspective. Before employment at the Royal Danish Library, I have had a career within the private sector, where I worked with almost all aspects of IT, including research in formal development methods for safety critical systems.

At the Royal Danish Library, I work as a senior researcher in the department of Digital Cultural Heritage. My research is primarily related to digital preservation , but it also includes other aspects of use of our digital cultural heritage, e.g. parts of the research have resulted in a URN (Uniform Resource Name) standard for persistent referencing materials in web archives (PWID: Persistent Web IDentifier). At the moment, my research is about Research Data Management practices in connection with research data in web archives, as well as criteria for evaluation of preservation storage solutions.
