Beskrivelse

The Leadership Programme on Digital Strategy & Innovation pilot aims to equip cultural heritage professionals with the skills and expertise to help their own institutions and the sector in its transition to digital. It is based on a leadership programme that is already being carried out in the Netherlands and was developed in close cooperation with sector-wide advisory councils, archives, libraries, museums, provincial cultural heritage support organisations and digital cultural heritage hubs. It aims to inspire cultural professionals to address strategic issues revolving around digital transformation. The pilot of the DEN Academy Leadership programme is part of Europeana’s capacity building activities.
