Beskrivelse
In 1826, a historical novel granted the long-forgotten Tårnborg a place in Danish national history. It should take another 150 years before excavations spurred by detector finds added another layer to Tårnborg´s mainly royal reputation, demonstrating a medieval trading town on the shores below the impressive castle hill and potent church. However, will new information, either from archives, new excavations or new perspectives, add yet another layer that offers game-changing new knowledge about Tårnborg itself, to our understanding of social organisation, or, eventually, to our national history?
